TRUE SUPERSET ARM WORKOUT

  • EZ Bar Spider Curls Superset with Close Grip Incline Pushups: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
  • Arm Blaster Dumbbell Hammer Curls Superset with Dumbbell Skullcrushers: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
  • Overhead Tricep Cable Extensions Superset with Cable Preacher Curls: 4 sets of 20 reps
  • Chinups Superset with Pushups: 4 sets to failure
