- EZ Bar Spider Curls Superset with Close Grip Incline Pushups: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
- Arm Blaster Dumbbell Hammer Curls Superset with Dumbbell Skullcrushers: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
- Overhead Tricep Cable Extensions Superset with Cable Preacher Curls: 4 sets of 20 reps
- Chinups Superset with Pushups: 4 sets to failure
