Bradley Martyn and Calum von Moger finally collab with this full body pump workout in Utah. Two of the biggest physiques and fitness personalities on social media, Martyn and von Moger have a combined 2.5 million followers on Instagram and almost 1 million subscribers on YouTube. The pair tease openingĀ  a new gym together which Bradley has mentioned previously, saying it will likely be ready for business this September. Watch the workout for some useful tips on mind muscle confusion, and check out the exercises listed below that cover every important muscle group with hip Abductors (good girl and bad girl), pull downs, bench press, push downs and of course bicep curls.

  • Machine Pullovers – 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Wide Grip Pull down – 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Bench Press – 4 sets of 12 reps
  • V-Bar Tricep Pushdown – 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Cable Curls – 4 sets of 12 reps
