BRADLEY MARTYN LEG WORKOUT

  • Warmup: Stationary Bike for 10-15 minutes
  • Stationary Lunges: 4 sets of 15-20 reps
  • Back Squats: 5 sets of 10 reps
  • Leg Press: 4 sets of 20-25 reps
  • Seated or Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets, 20-25 reps
  • Single Stiff Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts (Level 1 Ninja)
  • Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Seated Calf Raises
  • Some more cardio
