Bradley Martyn is trying more outrageous lifts in the gym, this time “Indian” Pause squatting 4 plates. Apparently this involves squatting down to the ground, sitting down with your legs crossed, and then standing back up again without snapping anything. Bradley’s used some editing trickery in the past for other viral videos so some may doubt he would actually try this with 180 kg/400 lbs on his back, but the bar does look bent and he does struggle a bit getting it up – with one leg. Don’t try this at home, try it at the gym with a bigger audience.
