BRADLEY MARTYN DYNAMIC CARDIO WORKOUT

  • Warm-up: 15 minutes of low intensity cardio on Incline Treadmill or Stair-Master
  • Box Jumps: 4 sets of 15 reps, 1 minute rest between sets
  • Burpees: 100 total reps, maximum of 20 seconds rest between reps
  • Jump Rope: 5 sets of 1 minute, 30 seconds rest between sets
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 100 total reps, maximum of 2 minutes between reps
  • Reverse Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 15 reps, 1 minute rest between sets
  • Foam Rolling and Stretching
