  • Incline Barbell Bench Press: 4 sets of 8 – 15 reps
  • Cable Preacher Curls: 4 sets of 8 – 15 reps
  • Overhead Cable Extensions: 4 sets of 8 -15 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Military Press: 4 sets of 8 – 15 reps
  • Dips: 6 sets until failure

Bradley Martyn – It never gets easier..you JUST GET BETTER. This is some real… don’t think someday it’s just gonna magically become easy. Everything you are going through. Everything you are doing now is going to make you who you are in the future. All of the hard times… all of the upset, this is what’s going to make you strong moving forward. That’s what’s going to allow you to excel and become a better version of yourself.. and really what else is life about. If people always SAY “practice what you preach” and “lead by example” THEN the only way to help others is to GO THROUGH IT YOURSELF.. Become better..grow to your best self…its this simple. No matter what you do, no matter what your passion is. This will help you excel. Deal with the hard times.. the pressure, dealing with the haters, all of the expectations…dealing with it ALL, overcoming it will surely lead to your own personal success. Like they always say. You can’t make a diamond without pressure.
So if you want something in this life you have to TAKE IT, cut all the excuses, cut all of the “I can’t”s, cut all of the “but this and but that” either u want something BAD enough or you don’t. Simple as this. I’m out, I love you guys for reaaaaal.
