Here’s how to put some extra yolk in that trapple pie. Superset everything with traps. Traps are the easiest body part to superset.You don’t need a special area or special equipment, you just stand there and shrug your shoulders. That’s why they’re called shrugs, because you have no idea why you haven’t been doing them.
If you cant move you’re shoulders up and down like 6 whole inches after your set, then don’t worry about skipping traps. You should just skip living.
Abs: I know you’re way past the point where you care if girls find you attractive. Abs are the only muscle girls know. To basic girls, all you need is abs to have a good body.
Why do you hate doing abs? Well, its because the really effective ab exercises don’t impress anyone. You think someone’s gonna be ‘mirin you’re 30 second plank? That’s getting dangerously close to yoga. Which is dangerously close to yogurt.
Anything that looks hard, or heavy, or draws a lot of attention – that’s the best way to hit abs.
