  • Smith Machine Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 8 -15 reps with a final drop set
  • Flat Machine Bench Press: 4 sets of 8 – 15 reps
  • Dips: 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Dumbbell Flys (Slight Incline): 3 sets
  • Dumbbell Pullovers
