2008 Mr Olympia Dexter Jackson is shaping up just 10 weeks out from the 2016 Mr O in September. Dexter smashes a heavy shoulder workout at the Mecca of Bodybuilding – Golds Gym Venice Beach with veteran trainer Charles Glass. Dexter’s stayed in great shape over the past few months after winning the inaugural Arnold Classic Africa earlier in May, and also taking 1st place at the IFBB New York Pro.
