I’m often asked quite a few questions on Instagram- so I thought why not answer them in one post!Age- 19 Nationality- English mother, Maori father, born in Australia How long have I been training for- I have always been extremely active, I grew up doing full-time dance! (Which is a major passion of mine, I’ve studied in many genres) I’ve been training in the gym for the past 4 years- a combination of resistance and HIIT! How often do I train- Consistently I train 6 days a week! Some days I do double sessions! I train to feel healthy, happy and confident within my own skin! What do I want to achieve from my page- My dream is to be able to inspire as many people as possible to reach their full potential, with their fitness and health! Fitness tips- MUSCLE AND MIND CONNECTION! I can’t stress enough how important it is to train with good technique, and to really focus on each rep!GOOD NUTRITION! I believe in a balance and treating yourself- but your stomach is not a waste basket.. Food is fuel! It’s not about eating less, it’s about eating more of the correct quality food groups and structuring it around your training! I also noted down my training schedule so I could ensure all muscle groups I am able to train will be hit and worked properly! | A huge thanks to moodidennaoui for designing me a tailored nutrition plan, which will hopefully kick these hormones back into action!
