1-Staying conscious of keeping my abs tight during every exercise and never allowing my stomach to push out during heavy lifts.
2-Eating small and frequent meals throughout the day that do not overburden my digestive system.
3-Training abs in a very slow and controlled manner, focusing on the contractions.
4-Not having “Bulking Seasons” lol.
