MR OLYMPIA FST-7 WORKOUT

  • Machine Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
  • Single Arm Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 12 – 15 reps
  • Straight Bar Front Raises: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
  • Straight Bar Palm Up Front Raises super set with Single Arm Dumbbell Front Raises: 4 sets of 10 – 15 reps
  • Machine Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 15 – 20 reps followed by forced and partial rep sets
