Most people would avoid the Smith Machine for squats but a lot of pros like Calum prefer it to maintain tension on the quads and avoid excessive hamstring and glute activation.   • Leg Extensions: 5 sets of 20 reps
  • Leg Press: 4 sets with a final drop set
  • Hack Squat: 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Smith Machine Squats: 3 sets of 15 reps
