  • Incline Dumbbell Press super set with Incline Barbell Press: 4 sets of 8 – 12 reps
  • Decline Cable Fly’s: 4 sets of 8 – 12 reps

Jeremy Buendia – Here we are at 15 weeks out. One week into dieting and cardio. 200-201lbs at night time. Pushing for 4-5 more before we start coming down. I feel I’ve added a solid couple pounds to my stage weight. It’ll be interesting to see what my weight will be come September!
