Rich Piana takes a limo to train legs for the first time in years in Bigger By the Day Episode 4. Pianabol and fellow 5%er Mac Trucc Wes Boxley get in a quick leg workout consisting of hamstring curls, stiff leg deadlifts, leg press, and leg extensions to avoid sweating the street cred off their Gucci shoes. Rich recommends training hamstrings before quads to get blood into the legs and make it easier on the knees, which apparently he has no cartilage left in. The Pianoman has even spent $10,000 having natural stem cells injected into his knees which he says hasn’t done anything, whatever it takes. After the workout, Rich eats big to get big at home and later again in his Mercedes while Sara films silently after forgetting her food #welcometoourworld.

- Lying Leg Curls: Only 5 sets of 12-20 reps
- Stiff Legged Deadlifts: 4 sets of 16 reps
- Leg Press: 5 sets of 40, 35, 30, 25, 20 reps
- Leg Extensions: Go super light if you don’t have any cartilage in your knees
