Training at Worlds Gym in Adelaide after a meet and greet, Steve runs through supersets for dumbbell presses, machine pullovers, machine rows, single arm presses, dumbbell rows, side raises, and a 4 exercise giant set to fill out a dirty Tim Tam pump. STEVE COOK’S MASSIVE CHEST AND BACK WORKOUT

  • Flat Dumbbell Press Superset with Machine Pullovers: 4 sets 8-12 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Press Superset with Machine Rows: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Machine Pull-downs Superset with Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Single Arm Incline Dumbbell Press Superset with Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
  • Giant Set: Body-weight Dips, Pull-ups, Incline Pushups, Machine Rows: 2 rounds to failure
