Thank you for your patience as I film more content for you all! This has been a learning process that I’m finding out takes a whole lot more than I anticipated. I love being able to share with you the workouts I do when I’m not at my usual gym. I like to change up my routines so my body doesn’t get used to one type of training. I have found that doing full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) is the best for my build. When I train with Gerald @imrocksolid_fitness he pushes me to work harder than if I were to train by myself. Although 90% of the time I am alone at the gym I benefit tremendously from having someone to yell at me to keep going! haha just kidding! But really, I think it’s so important to find what workouts you enjoy doing and incorporate them into your fitness routine as much as possible.
